A manager with over 10 years of experience in business development and marketing communication, which he gained in companies of all sizes, from start-ups to global corporations. Since joining Crowdway, he has completed over 10 projects for the amount of over PLN 30 million.
In the years 2017-2020, he was behind the success of the development at a double-digit pace of brands from the household appliances industry, belonging to the company Spectrum Brands listed on the NYSE. For 2 years, he created the Fitlovebox startup promoting a healthy lifestyle by popularizing proper nutrition and selling dietary supplements in the subscription model.
In 2010-2014 he was responsible for communication of one of the largest beer brands in Poland. Repeatedly awarded with industry awards and High Potential status in the Heineken group. He is educated in finance and management at leading economic universities in Poland.

In the years 2001 – 2012 he worked for Orange / TP, where he introduced Neostrada to the market and combined Orange’s sales structures with TP (during the company’s merger). In 1996-2000 he worked for Internet Technologies Polska – the first private Internet provider in Poland as Marketing Director. Business and private, interested in the development of new technologies and solutions bordering on science and business. A graduate of economics at the Silesian International School of Economics in Katowice and postgraduate studies in Foresight – future management and strategic planning at Collegium Civitas.
